Additions/Changes to Networks

If you need to make a change to your existing tunnel such as:

• Add or remove IP addresses from encryption domain
• Change ISP
• Update IPSec device IP informaiton

Please contact your Ford Motor Company Business Sponsor and have them submit a Supplier Connectivity Ticket.

The SLA on network changes is 10 business days.
